For my mood board I picked darker colors for all the main pieces of furniture and bright pops of color in the decor. I love the mix of black with various bright colors, because I think it makes the colors stand out very well, but keeps it from being too overwhelming. I really like the way different bright colors look next to black, these are my favorite color combinations. I have a mix of older looking and more modern looking pieces because I like both styles. My favorite piece on the board is the rainbow chandelier, because I love the colors in it. I matched the rest of the decor to the pinks and blues of the chandelier. All the bright colors keep things fun and exciting, which I feel fits my personality.
